The problems with the "live service" goldrush have always been pretty apparent, but Anthem's continued failure and embarrassment really hammer it home.
The game's roadmap is indefinitely delayed, the playerbase is bleeding out, those who remain are unhappy, and matchmaking is borked because everybody's grinding one mode on an easy setting.
And as BioWare focuses more on Dragon Age 4, Anthem's looking set to become practically abandoned long before its promises are fulfilled.
