Here I am, working a huge figured maple log. It has some surprises hidden it it along the way, both good and bad. I demonstrate perseverance while cutting this log, and the results were worth it!
This was some of the most highly figured lumber I have ever cut. Along the way I encountered nails and metal scrap that was embedded in the log. Watch the whole video to find these hidden surprises.
