A short story about the conflicting information around diet and nutrition and how I found Prof Tim Noakes in my sauna last week.
Picking a diet and lifestyle to follow is a complex choice, because there are so there are so many differing opinions on what is healthy and what is not.
When all is said and done, the choice between between low fat, high fat, no sugar, no meat etc. comes down to faith. At this stage, our scientists are too much at odds to provide us with clear answer.
